Christmas 2010

I was so excited for Georgia to experience her first Christmas.  We had weeks of celebrating in our family...

My dad dresses up as Santa every year for the kids he has delivered.  Georgia was so cute with him.  She wasn't scared at all, but kept looking at him like she knew him but couldn't figure out how.  We got lots of cute pictures of the two of them, here is just one of them.

My Mom was asked to watch Carys and Ava one night, so we went over and made Christmas cookies.  It was a mess, but the girls had fun!

We woke up Christmas morning and opened up presents together as a family of 3.  It took Georgia a little bit to figure out what she was supposed to do with the presents, but once she did she got after it and tore the paper to pieces.  We bought her a new convertible car seat, lots of books, and several toys.  She was spoiled from her family in England.  One of her favorite gifts was a recorable book with her Great Aunt, 2nd cousin and Great Nana's voices on it.  It is something we will treasure forever.  Uncle Mike sent over a pink Everton one piece which she looks adorable in.  She also had a star named after her from her cousins Billy and Archie!

Afterwards, we headed over to my dad's house for breakfast (monkey bread is a staple for Christmas morning) and to open up presents. Georgia got lots of toys, clothes and a new MyTwinn baby doll.

We ate a delicious lunch and headed over to my mom's house for more Christms festivities. Georgia was spoiled yet again with lots of new outfits, toys and books. I think her favorite gift was the Melissa and Doug Under the Sea musical instrument set!

PopPop wearing the funniest hat ever, it moves around and plays music.  It was hilarious to watch Georgia with that hat, she didn't know what to think!
